Your Spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by email info@nailbarottawa.com or 613-565-1533 (not on weekend CLOSED ON SUNDAY).
Any Cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $30.
Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged $30 for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason.
​Last-minute cancellations leave our staff without the opportunity to rebook that time, which directly affects their schedules and income. This policy helps ensure fairness to both our team and clients who may be waiting for an appointment
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Once opened we cannot refund or exchange products.
We have a NO REFUND POLICY for all salon services. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or no later than 48hrs after. If we choose to provide a complimentary corrective service appointment, we will schedule it available time.
